Day 1: New Diet 02/02/09

Today I decided to start my new diet. I been holding it off for the longest and now its time to begin. So yesterday I decided to have one of my favorite meals, which is seasame seed chicken from the Chinese Resturant. I know Chinese food is bad for you, but dang I love me some Seasame Chicken. LOL. My goal for my diet is too lose between 50 and 70 pounds by July 3. I want to take better care of myself since, I am a diabetic. Being a diabetic is tough and for me to have a enjoyable long term life its time for me to step up and take care of myself. Wish me luck!!! I will keep yall update everyday on what I ate and also other views I have. So stay tuned!!!
